Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our lawyer and support staff keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and other third-party expenses if incurred. Before incurring associated costs, we will communicate this to you, so you will never be surprised. When required, fee deposits must be paid upfront. For guardianship/conservatorship matters, all bills are approved by the Superior Court prior to submission to you for payment.
